Citizens are encouraged to organize side events around the pop up, including asados, after offices, parties, football games and more. We highly recommend creating Luma events and adding them to the Crecimiento Calendar for every event taking place in March.

This is how it works:

  1. People add their events to the Aleph Schedule by clicking “Click here to host.”
  2. Complete all the requested information. You can add your Luma link, and the website will generate the agenda for you.
  3. Once submitted, the Aleph team will review and approve events to be displayed on the calendar. If the event is approved but overlaps with another scheduled event, a team member from Crecimiento will contact you to reschedule.
  4. Once an event is approved, it becomes visible on the calendar.
  5. People use the calendar to check upcoming events and subscribe to the ones they want to attend.
  6. If your event is a full programming block or requires additional support from the Crecimiento team, you must submit a request through the Crecimiento Support Program CSP .

Events inside the Hub

For events organized inside the hub, please make sure the space you want to is free during your event. There are 2 spaces available for talks and workshops: the auditorium and the amphitheater.

The amphitheater is best suited for workshops, discussions and presentations for small groups of people, as it can host max 30 people and is very intimate. The auditorium is your perfect choice if you want to address a bigger audience. Please note that attracting people to your talk is entirely on you, so make sure to share your event with people!

You will be able to check space availability by looking the calendar. We recommend using the “Day” view for details on exact timing of events.

For any doubts, you can always consult the Aleph team
